Yes, we require a Reservation Deposit. Trailers book quickly, this small fee secures the trailer for the designated rental timeframe. All reservation deposits will be deducted from the trailer rental invoice. 

*All Cancelations within a 24 hour timeframe will result in losing the  Reservation Deposit.

Yes, Midwest Trailer requires a $250 Damage Deposit which will be held on the credit card used for booking. This will be fully refundable after the trailer is returned without any damage and all accessories provided with the rental are returned. There will be a Trailer damage and accessory checklist provide during delivery.

Yes, you will have ability to reschedule.  However, Canceling or Rescheduling a trailer within 24 hours your reservation will result in the deposit being none refundable.

We are here to serve you. Our hours are very flexible, we operate 7 days a week 6am-10pm. If you need Pickup/Drop off outside of these time restrictions please give us a call at 419-210-5077.  

Midwest Trailer LLC is fully State Registered and Carries all necessary Liability Insurance. However, we require everyone who rents a trailer to have a Drivers License and Proof of Insurance. We also require a signed rental agreement, liability waver, and a damage and accessories check list.
